My36 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Please read this document carefully before using the my36 platform. By registering an account or using any services offered by my36, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out below.

These terms apply to all users accessing the my36 platform via the website or mobile app, and cover all platform activities including sports betting, casino games, slots, and e-sports.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

By accessing, registering, or using the my36 platform, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old and are legally eligible to enter into a legally binding agreement in Malaysia.
  • You are not located in a region or country where online betting activities are prohibited under applicable local laws.
  • All information you provide during registration is true, accurate, and up to date.
  • You are using the my36 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • You are not representing or acting on behalf of any third party without prior written authorisation from my36.

My36 reserves the right to decline registration or suspend the account of any user who does not meet the eligibility requirements above, at any time and without prior notice.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the my36 platform. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without refund of any remaining balance.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate information, including your full name, a valid phone number, and an active email address. my36 reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time, particularly before processing your first withdrawal or when account activity raises suspicion.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your my36 account password and login credentials confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the my36 support team immediately.

My36 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's failure to keep their password secure.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

My36 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, use of false information, breach of these terms, activities that undermine the integrity of the platform, or any activity that violates Malaysian law. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of these terms are not entitled to any compensation.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Currency & Payment Methods

All transactions on the my36 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include Touch'n Go eWallet, FPX, and local Malaysian bank transfers. my36 does not accept foreign currencies directly and is not responsible for any currency conversion fees that may be charged by third parties.

Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

  • Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to the limits set on the platform and may change without prior notice.
  • Withdrawals may only be processed to the same bank account or payment method used for the deposit, or to a method that has been verified by my36.
  • My36 reserves the right to suspend or decline withdrawal requests that require further review for security or compliance reasons.
  • Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method chosen and may take anywhere from a few hours to several business days.
  • Funds credited to a my36 account are for platform use only and do not accrue any interest or investment returns.

Transaction Responsibility

My36 is not liable for any transaction delays or failures caused by technical issues on the part of third-party payment providers. In the event of any discrepancy in transaction records, my36 will treat its internal system records as the primary reference.

Platform Usage Rules & Liability Limits

Prohibited Use

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the my36 platform:

  • Using automated software, bots, or any tools designed to manipulate games or the betting system.
  • Colluding with other players to cheat or unlawfully influence game outcomes.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or financing any unlawful activities.
  • Distributing or deploying malware, viruses, or malicious code that could compromise the platform or other users.
  • Claiming or representing yourself as an employee or representative of my36 without official authorisation.

Liability Limits

My36 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or exemplary losses arising from the use of the platform, including losses due to service disruptions, data loss, or system failures beyond my36's control. my36's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total deposit balance in the user's account at the time the claim is made.

Intellectual Property

All content on the my36 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interface elements — is the exclusive property of my36 or its respective licensors. Reproducing, using, or distributing any platform content without prior written consent from my36 is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Third-Party Links & Services

The my36 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers and game suppliers. my36 is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of those third parties. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to the respective third party's terms.

Changes to These Terms

My36 reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the my36 platform shall first be resolved through direct discussion between the user and my36. If no resolution can be reached, the dispute will be referred to an appropriate resolution body in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.
